Mi pasaporte no vencía hasta dentro de 2 meses y pude viajar a USA, consulta que hice repetidamente y nunca supieron ni pudieron contestarme.
The people who work there should know how to answer and resolve doubts.
My passport did not expire for another 2 months and I was able to travel to the USA, a query that I made repeatedly and they never knew or could answer me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a hacer una inscripción de Acta de Defunción con cita. Desde el primer momento no me quisieron atender por que me dijeron que no tenían luz. Yo les dije qie esperaba pero me dijeron que no que me fuera, luego en la conversación regresó la luz y con mala cara me dijeron que me atenderian, demoraron 3 horas y no me dieron mis copias certificadas, por que se había ido la funcionaria que firmaba, pasaron 2 días y la funcionaria seguía sin firmar. No les importa que uno venga de lejos, no les importa nada el ciudadano peruano.
I went to make a Death Certificate registration by appointment. From the first moment they did not want to take care of me because they told me they had no electricity. I told them that I was waiting but they told me not to leave, then in the conversation the light came back and with a frown they told me that they would attend me, it took 3 hours and they did not give me my certified copies, because the official who had left signed, 2 days passed and the official still did not sign. They do not care that one comes from far away, they do not care about the Peruvian citizen.

15minutos antes, estaba vacío el lugar, un compatriota que estaba esperando también me dijo que estaban en una reunión y que debía tocar una ventana para que me atiendan. La persona que me atendió para mi pasaporte fue muy amable y empático. Estoy embarazada y viajé desde Guanajuato. La persona que me atendió para lo de mi DNI no fue muy agradable, sus palabras un poco toscas, la verdad no me hizo sentir cómoda.
Demoré 1 hora en realizar los trámites. Ahora me queda esperar a que estén listos (me dijeron que demoran buen tiempo, así que... tendré paciencia). ?

The person who attended me for my passport was very kind and empathetic. I am pregnant and I traveled from Guanajuato. The person who assisted me with my ID was not very nice, his words were a bit rough, the truth did not make me feel comfortable.
It took me 1 hour to complete the procedures. Now I have to wait for them to be ready (they told me they take a long time, so... I'll be patient). ?
