★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PONGO UNA ESTRELLA PORQUE NO SE PUEDE CERO! Hemos venido desde Tulum y resulta que aún cuando en google dice que están abiertos de 10 a 13:00 al llegar aquí una señorita nos dice que no están viniendo a la oficina, qué hay tratar de darse una vuelta un martes o un jueves y ver si tenemos suerte de encontrar a alguien. Y claro como nunca contestan el teléfono no pudimos saberlo antes de hacer el viaje. INEPTOS!
 I PUT A STAR BECAUSE YOU CANNOT ZERO! We have come from Tulum and it turns out that even when Google says that they are open from 10 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. when we get here a lady tells us that they are not coming to the office, what about trying to shop around on a Tuesday or Thursday and see if we are lucky to find someone. And of course, since they never answer the phone, we couldn't find out before making the trip. INEPT!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy bien, hicieron una campaña para obtener y renovar pasaportes en conjunto con el Consulado General de España en la ciudad de México y ha sido un éxito rotundo, una felicitación especial para el Consul y su equipo de colaboradoras que con muy buen ánimo y mucha paciencia, nos recibieron y atendieron personalmente resolviendo dudas y orientando atinadamente. Muchas gracias y enhorabuena por su excelente labor.

Fui varias veces, nunca había nadie.
Volví un día y el guardia de seguridad que resguarda esa entrada, me imagino que del consulado y de oasis, muy amablemente me dijo; no se valla que quizás venga en 10.mn.
Llego en 3. Estaba en las oficinas de oasis

To the whole community, I strongly recommend that you DO NOT RENT IN THIS PLACE, CAR RENTAL AMERICA, NOR AT THE NATIONAL LEVEL OR AT AN INTERNATIONAL LEVEL. A month ago I rent a car with one of its subsidiaries that is ECONOCARTENTAL and they do not return the deposit yet
