P	PERLA TIRADO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ayer le comentaron a mi hija que iba a recoger unos papeles que si no renovaba su pasaporte en 3 años perdía nacionalidad, la verdad nadie le preguntó al respecto y quiero que la gente sepa esto ya que se preocupo tanto por decirlo y lo voy a corroborar en México . Yesterday they told my daughter that she was going to pick up some papers that if she didn't renew her passport in 3 years she lost her nationality, the truth is nobody asked her about it and I want people to know this since she cared so much for saying it and I'm going to confirm it in Mexico .
W	Wonka Buz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, no saben los trámites ya que lo único que te dicen es entra a la página y ve ahí lo que necesitas, no te guían en el proceso, al llevar los docs. te dicen "Uf me equivoqué, éste formato no era", hacen dar vueltas ya que se equivocan, son sólo secretarías que reciben y mandan docs., si quieren buena guía y atención hablen a la embajada de CDMX, no pierdan su tiempo en el "Consulado". Si te dicen que el trámite tarda 2 a 3 semanas termina durando 7 semanas o más... y olvídate que puedas dar seguimiento, si pides información se dan el lujo de tratarte fatal, no saben lo que es tener empatía por las personas, al contrario te tratan como si fueras menos... yo les pedí ayuda porque hice el trámite con tiempo pero gracias a su ineficiencia el tiempo para enviar mis documentos a España estaba en el límite y poco les falto para burlarse. El Consul Pedro Olivares y su secretaria no representan en nada a España ni a su gente. DO NOT GO!!!! PREFERIBLE TO GO TO CDMX AHI IF THEY ARE EFFICIENT AND DECENT! Don't even think about going !!! If they tell you that the process takes 2 to 3 weeks, it ends up lasting 7 weeks or more ... and forget that you can follow up, if you ask for information, you can treat yourself fatally, they don't know what it is to have empathy for people, by On the contrary they treat you as if you were less ... Es literalmente imposible contactarlos por teléfono y cuando vayas en persona te atienden con desgana y de manera muy borde. Nada que ver de como te atienden en CMDX The attention of this Honorary Consulate is a shame. Da vergüenza y pena ajena su servicio,deberían de ser más amables y atentos con los súbditos españoles. No hay información en sus páginas de internet.
