★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio. El guardia NO tiene buena actitud. Se supone deben brindar información y carece de tacto al igual que las secretarias de ventanilla. Yo vi como maltrato verbalmente a ciudadanos Americanos así como a Residentes.
Very bad service. The guard does NOT have a good attitude. They are supposed to provide information and are tactless just like teller secretaries. I saw verbal abuse of American citizens as well as Residents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service, the place is small but very efficient and fast, everyone was very kind except the security guard, he was very rude to me, when I was waiting for a relative outside the agency I was just using my cell phone to entertain myself while I waited, when suddenly the security guard appeared in front of me accusing me without proof that I was supposedly taking photos of the place and that I couldn't do it, I explained to him that I wasn't doing anything and even offered to show him my cell phone so he could see that I didn't take no photo but he just ignored me and kept accusing me and told me to delete what I had taken or he would kick me out of the place I also saw him being rude to another person who was asking him for information, in my opinion it is okay for the guard to take his precautions, but the way in which he can treat people did not seem efficient to me, they should definitely not have people with that bad attitude in the consular agency.
On the other hand, the service was very good, I will probably also renew my passport for the next time at the agency in San Miguel.
