J	Julia Lucio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude personnel. The hrs of operation are not posted. No matter how I pleaded the felay was not my fault the rude officer insisted on the late fee. Ge tefused to give us a receiptfor the $. He probably pocketed the $70 dls. I will not return to Mexico

They have a good positive attitude towards everyone that walks in there. Tell you what this is the best state or government office I've ever been in. That's so friendly and helpful. Definetly will give them a 5 star ⭐

I was able to get documents but they are very rude they talked to customers like if we are ignorants. Not mention the additude they have i was served by Lopez Pitter and he was have a converstion with his work mate. And he didnt pay full attention to me. Also they were people on the back getting the docs. They were judging the customers. Very unproffecional

Very pleasant and polite, I know his name but not sure it's appropriate to say. Regardless I was in and out very quickly on a very busy day, I am impressed with the Mx Consulate in McAllen Tx.
