D	David Medina Lopez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Según en qué fechas el servicio es rápido o te toca esperar horas , el personal de ventanilla parece que te está perdonando la vida o regalando algo de como te hablan de déspotas ... y los seguridad de la entrada ya ni hablamos sobre todo el ... una pena que esa gente tenga trabajo . Depending on what dates the service is fast or you have to wait for hours, the window staff seem to be sparing your life or giving something away like they talk to you about despots... and the security at the entrance doesn't even talk about all of it anymore. .. a pity that these people have jobs .
J	Juan Oliver Martinez Escobar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Regresaron de vacaciones (8/10/2019) y la fila no se mueve desde las 7 a.m. , solo 40 personas an logrado pasar y si no llegas antes de las 4 a.m. mejor no vengas a perder tu día. They returned from vacation (10/10/2019) and the line does not move from 7 a.m. , only 40 people have managed to pass and if you don't arrive before 4 a.m. You better not waste your day.
S	Saul Fernando on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me siguen sorprendiendo la administración que no pone un servicio al cliente y tiene solo a dos guardias de seguridad que no están calificados para ellos. Servicio muy deficiente y apegado a las ocurrencias o caprichos. Si tienes pantalones cortos no te dejan entrar y te dicen cuando ya llegaste y tienes horas en la fila, te dejan en el calorón, si te faltó una copia te hacen salir y volver hacer la fila en vez de dar un nuevo número. Pierdes el día técnicamente, te cierran en tus narices la puerta y la única sugerencia es que te quedes sentado toda la noche en la puerta para el otro día. Ademas los chinos de ventanilla les saludas y ni hola te dicen. Van en mal en peor. Lastima, sólo hacen ver mal a una gran nación. I'm still amazed by the management who don't put a customer service and have only two security guards who are not qualified for them. Very poor service and attached to occurrences or whims. If you have shorts they will not let you in and they will tell you when you have arrived and you have hours in line, they will leave you in the calorón, if you missed a copy they will make you go out and come back in line instead of giving a new number. You lose the day technically, the door is closed in your face and the only suggestion is that you stay overnight at the door for the other day. Also, the Chinese at the window greet them and they don't even say hello to you. They go from bad to worse. Too bad, they just make a great nation look bad.
A	Andres Manzewitsch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como en cualquier trámite gubernamental, tienes que establecer el pensamiento que vas a hacer un trámite y no tienes control sobre el proceso una vez entregada la documentación. En mis 2 visitas personales a la Sección Consular me he llevado una excelente impresión y me retiré satisfecho y con trámites completados con mucha agilidad. Es muy sencillo: 1) Llena documentación correspondiente al trámite 2) Haz fila y entra a entregar documentación 3) Si entregas todo antes de 12pm tienes la visa en el mismo día. Si vas después de la 12pm puede que te la den al otro día o en 2 días. 4) Haces pago en HSBC y listo. 5) Te presentas y retiras documentación en la ventanilla 3 sin hacer fila y en menos de 5min sales. As in any governmental process, you have to establish the thought that you are going to do a procedure and you do not have control over the process once the documentation has been delivered. In my 2 personal visits to the Consular Section I have taken an excellent impression and I retired satisfied and with completed procedures with great agility. It is very simple: 1) Complete documentation corresponding to the procedure 2) Stand in line and enter to deliver documentation 3) If you deliver everything before 12pm you have the visa on the same day. If you go after 12pm you can get it the next day or in 2 days. 4) You make payment in HSBC and ready. 5) You present yourself and withdraw documentation in window 3 without queuing and in less than 5min sales.

Yo envié un correo y me contestaron en menos de 24 horas! In general the service is very fast, in fact the telephone is not serviced but the explanation is very clear online. They don't allow cell phones or any electronics inside, backpacks are not allowed either. However there is a lady that sells candies in front of the consulate and she can keep your belongings. I requested urgent service and they gave me back my passport the following day.
