Me parece que es vital reconocer que a veces necesitamos ayuda y entender que pedirla no nos hace menos. En muy pocas sesiones encontré a esa persona que tenía yo olvidada, que tenía yo escondida. Gracias a la hipnosis descubrí al ser maravilloso que Soy y que acompañada de la ayuda de la doctora Silvia recuperé para siempre. No te niegues la oportunidad de ser la mejor versión de tí.
I attended therapy, to learn to love myself, respect myself, forgive myself and be happy. If it wasn't for the help I received, I wouldn't have made it. It seems to me that it is vital to recognize that sometimes we need help and to understand that asking for it does not make us less. In very few sessions I found that person that I had forgotten, that I had hidden. Thanks to hypnosis I discovered the wonderful being that I am and that accompanied by the help of Dr. Silvia I recovered forever. Don't deny yourself the opportunity to be the best version of you.
