Si soy cliente, no esta a mi nombre pero yo lo pago, necesita que suba las mediciones de 0.35 Mbps cuando el contrato dice mas?
POOR SERVICE AND VERY EXPENSIVE THEY DO NOT FIX THE INTERNET THAT ONE PAID, IT IS VERY SLOW AND THEY SERVICE BAD ... NOTHING GUARANTEED AS THEIR PAGE SAYS.
If I am a client, it is not in my name but I pay for it, do you need me to upload the 0.35 Mbps measurements when the contract says more?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Más de 2 años tengo con Consultec. Pésimo servicio de quien responde los mensajes en ventas, lastima que no me dio el nombre para reportarla. En resumen: por su nefasto servicio al cliente pedí la cancelación de mi servicio de internet, al siguiente día, me atendieron los de soporte técnico y tome la decisión de seguir con el servicio es más incrementar mi paquete , hablo a ventas de nuevo, (supongo me atendió la misma vendedora) explico lo anterior y me responden que ya estaba programada la visita para retirar los equipos. Me queda claro que nuestro castellano es distinto. Con esa actitud no le compro ni un chicle, las ventas no es lo suyo.
