★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poco profesional. Acudí a realizar unas pruebas psicometricas hace unos meses para una oferta laboral. Pasé más de 2 horas para hacerlas pero los ejecutivos nunca tuvieron la decencia de avisarme del estatus; si era considerando o no. No contestaron ya ni los correos ni las llamadas. Una verdadera lástima. A veces me he preguntado si no era solamente para recolectar datos para luego venderlos a fines de mercadotecnia.
Unprofessional. I went to do some psychometric tests a few months ago for a job offer. I spent more than 2 hours to do them but the executives never had the decency to notify me of the status; whether it was considering or not. They no longer answered the emails or calls. A real shame. Sometimes I have wondered if it was not just to collect data and then sell it for marketing purposes.

Eso si, atienden muchos candidatos y por lo que ví sus procesos son largos, yo fuí quien tuvo que dar seguimiento a mi postulación y estuve marcándoles hasta que procedió la vacante, pero me consta que si toman en cuenta tus datos para varias vacantes y la atención de los que ahí trabajan fué buena.
