C	Carlos Treviño on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Acudí a una serie de contraste para mi bebé, me requirieron 6 horas de ayuno. Después de media hora de espera me dicen que la máquina no funciona y no saben cuando quedará arreglada! no entiendo porque me hicieron esperar si ya sabían que su equipo no servia. Afortunadamente pude obtener el servicio en el Hospital del Carmen justo enfrente, con un excelente servicio y a un costo menor!! Terrible service. I went to a contrast series for my baby, they required 6 hours of fasting. After half an hour of waiting they tell me that the machine does not work and they do not know when it will be fixed! I do not understand why they kept me waiting if they already knew that their equipment was not working. Fortunately, I was able to obtain the service at the Hospital del Carmen right across the street, with excellent service and at a lower cost !!
M	Miriam Zepeda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio desde el 12 de octubre se me realizaron unas radiografías y unas resonancias magnéticas, se les solicito que se les enviaran los estudios al médico algo que nunca sucedió y cuando me presento a los laboratorios no tienen ni idea en que unidad las tienen y después me comentan que no cuentan con las radiografías solo con la resonancia, estoy hablando que para esto pasaron ya más de 40 min de búsqueda. Cabe señalar que es una pésima comunicación entre ambos laboratorios, culpandose entre unas recepcionistas y otras. El único preocupado fue el Radiólogo Jesús por brindar una atención oportuna. The only one concerned was the Radiologist Jesus for providing timely attention.

Su equipo técnico es de vanguardia y al atención de los radiólogos y el personal es muy buena. Without a doubt one of the most important radiology offices in the country. Pregunté por qué solo tal día podían darme cita y la respuesta grosera: "es lo que tengo"...hay maneras de responder. Definitivamente de nada sirve que tengan lo último en tecnología, si el personal con el que cuentan es muy malo. Terrible experience. I called twice to verify a study and the terrible telephone attention! They treat you like they do you a favor and the service is free. I asked why only on such a day they could give me an appointment and the rude answer: "it is what I have" ... there are ways to answer. Dicen que ya los mandaron y que ellos no pueden hacer nada!! CALIDAD DE SERVICIO PÉSIMO. Nada recomendable!! Horrible attention. J	Jaz Del angel tellez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No le daria ni una estrella, mi esposo fue por una prueba de covid, le enviaron los resultados y fueron Negativos y después de 7 HORAS le enviaron un mensaje diciéndole que hiciera caso omiso a los resultados anteriores, que se equivocaron y que si era POSITIVO.. después de 7 horas! Ya se había ido a trabajar, ya había estado en casa con nosotros pensando que era negativo y no es la primera vez que pasa esto en esos laboratorios. I would not give it even one star, my husband went for a covid test, they sent him the results and they were Negative and after 7 HOURS they sent him a message telling him to ignore the previous results, that they were wrong and if it was POSITIVE .. after 7 hours! He had already gone to work, he had already been home with us thinking he was negative and it is not the first time this has happened in those laboratories.
H	Heidi Al S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los radiólogos son buenísimos que al final es lo más importante, pero la atención de las señoritas de recepción es muy seco, me atrevo a decir que son hasta un poco déspotas. Ojalá mejoren su actitud porque sinceramente son el primer contacto con los pacientes. En cuanto al médico y a la señorita que les ayuda son amabilísimos. The radiologists are very good, which in the end is the most important thing, but the attention of the reception ladies is very dry, I dare say they are even a bit despotic. Hopefully they improve their attitude because sincerely they are the first contact with patients. As for the doctor and the young lady who helps them, they are very kind.
