★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atencion la asistente es muy grosera y despota te dicen una hora y al momento cambian el horario eviten tener malas experiencias contestando la respuesta a mi nunca me comentaron que iva a atender otro paciente simplemente me marco diciéndome k no me iva a atender y k buscará otro especialista usted como asistente no realiza las funciones adecuadas además es grosera y déspota si no le gusta su trabajo busque otro ya que a la gente no la debe de tratar asi y si afortunadamente encontré otro especialista que triste k la doctora pierda pacientes por su culpa y yo iva recomendada por otro paciente de ustedes... la persona que no entiende es usted ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una súper falta de respeto para los pacientes q estuvimos citados ayer, la doctora no asistió ni se digno a avisar por atención a nuestros tiempos, en lo particular falte al trabajo obvio por asistir a la cita y solo perdi , tiempo, dinero y claro lo mas importante la atención q requería

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ muy mal servicio tenia mi cita a las 2 pm y marque 1:30 y nadie contesto me presente al lugar y ya estaba cerrado una señorita dijo que la Dra ya se avía retirado cosa que era mentira ay estaba pero ni sabían de mi cita solo me hicieron perder mi tiempo y salirme antes de mi trabajo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos atendieron antes de la hora ya que llegamos temprano. La recepcionista , la dra Mónica y todo el personal nos atendieron bien . La dra nos explicó a detalle todo . No he tenido contratiempos ni me han cambiado el horario. Iré a mi segunda cita .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad estoy muy decepcionado de ka doctora si así se le puede llamar , era su paciente y todo bien pero van 3 ocasiones que le hablo para agendar cita y te contesta una tipa que se hace pasar por su asistente pero nos dimos cuenta que es la doctora y te contesta de lo más grosera y déspota, te dice que no esta la doctora y que busques a otro otorrino . Le comenté que ya eran varias veces que me decía eso y se puso muy grosera hasta me dijo que era una vieja latosa , la verdad me decepcionó mucho la doctora si se le puede llamar así no se que le esta pasando por que hace ese tipo de groserías
