Llame para que atendieran una emergencia ya que el retenedor fijó se despegó de la mitad me lastimaba el alambre toda la boca no podía ni comer ni hablar sin que me rasgara, me dijeron que forzosamente tenía que verme el especialista pero que tenían cita hasta el día siguiente en la tarde siendo una emergencia ya que es muy doloso tener un alambre en la boca que se prensa con todo, NO RECOMIENDO en caso de emergencias!!
Appalling!!! I called for them to attend to an emergency since the retainer was fixed and came off in the middle the wire hurt my whole mouth I could neither eat nor speak without being torn, they told me that I had to see a specialist but that they had an appointment until the day next in the afternoon being an emergency since it is very painful to have a wire in the mouth that is pressed with everything, I DO NOT RECOMMEND in case of emergencies!!
