By chance of fate I had to move to another city and left my orthodontic treatment half way. Looking for a balance between price and quality, I approached this office to finalize it. According to my orthodontist and primary dentist, my treatment was not meant to last another year. When I contacted this office, he indicated a price of 600 pesos for each consultation and the price of resuming the treatment, which seemed fair to me and therefore I took it. The 1st complaint was that when I went to my first appointment, the price increased from 600 per appointment to 650 pesos, which really is not that much, it was just disgust. The 2nd dislike that I came across is that it has an opening time of 10:00 am, and NEVER, I repeat, NEVER attended me at that time, in general it was ALWAYS late for my appointments, making me wait up to an hour; the 3rd dislike is that until the pandemic was released, Dr. NEVER wore gloves, she worked "bald hand", sometimes she could even taste things that were in contact with her hands before the appointment (even onion), nauseating situation ; 4th disgust, the Dra had an assistant who would scold while she was in my office, with a DESIRABLE taste; 5th displeasure, when I resumed my treatment with her, I was already three years advanced, of which I can say that there were countless times that my mouth hurt, with her EVERY appointment I ended with unbearable tooth pain for periods of up to more than one week; 6th displeasure was that I clearly indicated to her that due to my situation, I only had the opportunity to see her once a month, well, Dr. several times ignored this and gave me appointments in two-week periods; 7th displeasure, when I resumed my treatment with her, I had lost two or three pieces of braces, ironically, either her glue is of poor quality or she did her job very badly because the only pieces that came off were precisely those three that she changed; 8th complaint, at the beginning he told me that the consultations in case I detached a bracket were 150 pesos, when I arrived he indicated 200 and then 250, saying that "he got confused" and 150 and 250 are NOT alike; 9th complaint, and taking advantage of the fact that we are there, she told me that it would be 250 for the general consultation, in an appointment she charged me 500 pesos telling me that it was 250 for a detached bracket, curiously enough that in the same appointment I indicated that it had come off and she pulled mad; 10th complaint, due to the nature of my treatment I had to use elastics and there was a period that the elastics he gave me were of SO bad quality that they burst effortlessly, and well, I could go on but between the incongruity of their prices, the bad service , the ambiguity of his indications and the minimal progress in my treatment, it was better and easier for me to change orthodontists. Although, Dr. has the knowledge, the quality of the service is TERRIBLE and I would never recommend it in my life.
