My husband lost a crown in Playa del Carmen. I made an appointment here based on previous reviews. It was exactly as advertised. Instant response to my text, asked if it was an emergency and the appointment booked accordingly. Easy to find, very professional, in and out. Fair pricing. Highly recommend.

Professional, friendly and prompt! I decided to try Dr. Gonzalo after reading the positive reviews and am very happy that I did. I was able to make an appointment for a deep cleaning for the very next day. The waiting room is clean and nice and my appointment began precisely at the agreed-upon time! He answered all of my questions thoroughly and if I struggled with a word or phrase in Spanish he was happy to translate into English which he speaks fluently. I also appreciated the upbeat music which was a nice change of pace for a dentist's office.

First let me say how handsome Dr. Gonzalo which made going to the dentist that much easier. ☺️ All jokes aside my teeth felt so clean a sparkly after a regular clean. Dr. Gonzalo was very gentle and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him for anyone who wants their dental health taken care of properly.

I was late for my appointment but dr. Gonzales didn't make a big deal out of it. Got a deep cleaning and some minor fix to my retainer. He was also able to give me some new insights which other dentists never gave me before. Very affordable, professional and friendly. Highly recommend!

Dr. Gonzalo is absolutely amazing. Very thorough deep cleaning with top of the line skill and equipment. For those still learning Spanish like me, he's 100% fluent in Engluah. I preferred my experience here than my regular dental office back in the US ? @brandonpmiddleton

I came here and had a great experience. He explained everything very clearly and went far beyond expectations. I got my teeth cleaned, five fillings and my permanent retainer reapplied. I highly recommend this place and wish dental treatment in the United States was as nice of an experience. Since I come to Playa a few times a year, he will most definitely be my dentist to contact when I come. You will not be disappointed with his professionalism and amazing affordable services.

Dr. Gonzalo is such a great dentist, friendly, kind and a welcoming smile. My mother and I were visiting from Canada and decided to make an appointment in Playa as our dental benefits back home were all finished. I found Art Dent on Google and chose it out of all the other dentists because of the 5 star reviews. And we were really happy that we made the decision to come. His office is beautiful and immaculately clean. He made time for us even though we were last minute bookings and was always available to answer my many questions. My teeth felt sparkly clean afterwards and my mom got a crown which would have cost her more than double the price in Canada, which made her very happy. I think we found a new dentist!
