★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aclarando el comentario anterior, punto número 1, diario se realiza limpieza general de 2 a 3 veces al día y se desinfecta con cada paciente que entra al consultorio tanto la unidad como todas las superficies de contacto, contamos con permiso de COFEPRIS el cual no lo tendríamos si tuviéramos el consultorio como dice, tenemos cámaras de seguridad que confirman lo dicho. Punto número 2, ella es una paciente RECOMENDADA que venía ya con un tratamiento de ortodoncia el cual tampoco le gusto y quería que yo finalizara, yo le comenté que su tratamiento estába bien que solo faltaba finalizar. No se le cobró nada de Inicio solo las mensualidades por las activaciones, se le activaron en varias ocasiones ocupando material extra, y se le comentó que teníamos que cambiar unos brackets porque se estaban cayendo y tendríamos que cambiar por nuevos, obviamente eso no cubría su mensualidad ya que ella ya traía sus brackets. Se molestó y comentó que se sentía robada por lo cual se decidió ya no ofrecerle ninguna otra cita más. Por sus mensajes se decidió bloquear para evitar cualquier problema. A los días me la encontré en otro consultorio que también trabajo ortodoncia y me pidió que continuara con sus tratamiento, el cual yo me negué a continuar y le pedí que fuera con alguien más. Tenemos su historia clínica junto con sus citas, que fue lo que se le hizo y su firma por si no se acuerda que se le atendió.
