★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio!! La recepción es un desastre!! Tengo dos semanas tratando de conseguir una cita con la periodoncista y nada... Me contestan, quedan de confirmar, me piden mi nombre y número y jamás vuelven a contestar!!! ???? Marco de un número diferente y vuelven a hacer lo mismo!! Que les pasa?! Por qué hacen éso?! Pésimo servicio en la recepción!!! Es lo único malo y es la primera vez que me pasa ésto en ése lugar, lo demás excelente, me han atendido antes y todo exelente... Pero por ahora la persona ó personas que se encargan de contestar los teléfonos, PÉSIMO SERVICIO!!! ????????
Terrible service!! The reception is a disaster !! I have two weeks trying to get an appointment with the periodontist and nothing ... They answer me, they have to confirm, they ask for my name and number and they never answer again !!! ???? I dial a different number and they do the same thing again !! What's wrong with them ?! Why do they do that?! Terrible service at the reception !!! It is the only bad thing and it is the first time this has happened to me in that place, the rest is excellent, they have attended me before and everything excellent ... But for now the person or people who are in charge of answering the phones, BAD SERVICE !! ! ????????
