Desde el momento de agendar la cita, la recepcionista trata a las personas con mucha displicencia y de muy mal caracter. Ante cualquier duda, la recepcionista contesta monosílabos o con sonidos guturales.
Mi cita fue pogramada a las 6:30pm, fui atendido 1 hora después, cuando le pregunté a la recepcionista el motivo de la demora, se limitó a decir: "el doctor está atrasado".
Le pregunté después si tendría un estimado para saber cuando sería mi turno, la respuesta fue un: "hasta que le toque".
Ya estando ahí y debido a la necesidad y urgencia de la situación decidí quedarme y esperar. 1 hora después fui atendido, pensé; "quizá la señorita tuvo un mal día".
Pasé con el "doctor", gastroenterologo Rigoberto Zamora Godinez. El trato fue el mismo, de displicencia e incluso de rechazo, espere 10 minutos a que terminara de operar su teléfono celular y tras manifestarle todos mis padecimientos recibí los mismos monosílabos como respuesta, sin más se limitó a decir: "necesitas una endoscopia".
No me explicó el procedimiento, no me explicó la necesidad de dicho procedimiento, no me explicó qué conclusiones podría obtener. Se limitó a decir: "Cuesta 4000 pesos".
Le pregunté si ese era el costo promedio o el precio variaba en otros lados, el "doctor" con una risa burlona y una actitud pedante me reviró: "ni se, ni me interesa", seguido de un "ah si!, un colega en medica sur cobra 12 mil pesos".
Sin mas ni más, me despidió. No hubo una receta médica, no hubo indicaciones, no hubo siquiera un folleto del estudio. A la salida pagué los 400 pesos de la "consulta" que duró 10 o 15 minutos, y ni las gracias me dieron.
Definitivamente NO aconsejo a nadie ir a ese lugar "endomedica tulancingo", no tienen respeto por sus pacientes ni consideración a la dignidad humana.
Terrible attention and service.
