 They are not interested in attending to their patients, they look bad and not even an apology, they do not attend their office. Terrible service and lack of professionalism.

Mil felicidades al MVZ Alan, quién me atendió a la Nena cómo si fuera una princesa de cuento de hadas. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En su estado de maps dice servicio de 24 horas y es algo que no es cierto ya que hace dos días llame para una consulta y urgencia y la señorita que atendió estaba dormida y me dijo que si me recibía y cuando llegue a la veterinari aprobadas las 12:00 am le volví a llamar y ya no contesto,.
Si no va atender que cambie su anuncio de 24 horas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, en primer lugar estuve insistiendo para que me agendaran cita, me dejaban en vito por wattsap, después que agende y me dieron fecha y hora llego a mi cita y la veterinaria estaba "CERRADA".
Insistiendo nuevamente con llamadas tanto por celular como fijo y nadie me contesto es más ya me mandaba a buzón ? .
Muy mal su profesionalismo. ?
