★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala experiencia, me hicieron una lona impresa y en menos d 3 dias se cuarteo toda la lona como ai estubiera tostada, les notifique y su respuesta fue que ivan a checar con el provedor, muy poco profecional la respuesta ya que la lonas se las compre a ellos no al provedor, yo tambien soi comerciante y si en algun momento alguno de mis clientes me haciera una reclamacion se le cambia el producto en su momento o se le rembolsa el efectivo , pero bueno ese es mi manera d pensar
Muy distina a la de ellos, al menos una disculpa por el inconveniente pero nisiquiera eso

 Bad experience, they made me a printed canvas and in less than 3 days the entire canvas was cracked as if it was toasted, I notified them and their response was that they go to check with the provider, the answer is very unprofessional since the canvas was bought for them They are not the supplier, I am also a merchant and if at any time one of my clients makes a claim, the product will be changed at the time or the cash is reimbursed, but hey that's my way of thinking
Very different from theirs, at least an apology for the inconvenience but not even that
