★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es buena empresa si el cargo por el que aspiras es "alto", por que los tratan bien.
Pero si buscas un puesto como Administrador de proyectos o Supervisor de campo, es de lo peor.
Yo era Supervisor de Campo, por lo general estas en supervisando en sierras o "pueblos", pero como trabajas con viáticos te piden facturas de todo, entonces imagina que estas en una sierra y tienes que comer con la señora de las gorditas y de paso le pides que te facture tus gorditas y tu refresco... creo que es ilógico, al principio te tratan bien y te dicen que no hay problema, pero como pasa el tiempo te van cambiando las cosas y te van reduciendo en viáticos, la persona que era encargada de la administración de los supervisores te pone caras por todo y siempre por el mas mínimo error de ella, te mandan un mensaje de la administración general, cobrándote todo lo que as gastado.
Prácticamente te tratan siempre a la defensiva por que creen que les vas a robar.
Para colmo, cuando renuncias, los de RH te tratan mucho peor, a mi me tardaron 4 meses en darme mi finiquito; cabe constar que me quedaron a deber dos días (fue el lapso que entregue toda la documentación), y al final todavía te dicen que van a ver que no descompusieras nada por que si es el caso, se lo van a cobrar de tu finiquito.
Te prometen planta, pero siempre te das excusas diciéndote que: es que esta en riesgo la empresa y la verdad ahorita no estamos dando plazas, tal vez en un par de meses. Así te traen por un buen tiempo.
TE DICEN QUE HABRA AJUSTE DE SUELDO, PERO ES MENTIRA.

But if you are looking for a position as Project Manager or Field Supervisor, it is the worst.
I was Field Supervisor, usually you are supervising in mountain ranges or "villages", but since you work with travel expenses they ask you for bills, then imagine that you are in a mountain range and you have to eat with the lady of the gorditas and step You ask him to bill your gorditas and your soda ... I think it's illogical, at first they treat you well and they tell you that there is no problem, but as time goes by things change and they reduce you in per diem, the person who was in charge of the administration of the supervisors puts you faces for everything and always for the slightest mistake of it, they send you a message from the general administration, charging you everything you've spent.
They practically always treat you defensively because they think you're going to steal them.
To top it all off, when you quit, those of RH treated you much worse, it took me 4 months to give me my settlement; It is clear that I stayed two days (was the time to deliver all the documentation), and at the end they still tell you that they will see that you do not decompose anything because if that is the case, they will charge you for your settlement.
They promise you plant, but you always make excuses telling you that: it is that the company is at risk and the truth right now we are not giving places, maybe in a couple of months. That's how they bring you for a good time.
YOU ARE TOLD THAT THERE WILL BE SALARY ADJUSTMENT, BUT IT IS A LIE.
