De las tres veces que he ido nunca tiene el trabajo hecho y tengo que esperar a que lo hagan.
Pésima organización y atención por parte de todos. (Nunca he sabido quien está a cargo del lugar)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad son personas que les gusta su trabajo, muy amables las personas que atienden, lo único punto malo es que los diseñadores que trabajan ahí les falta empatía. A cuestión del impreso la verdad lo hacen con mucha calidad y con excelentes precios.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención. Antes trabajaban muy bien y eran muy puntuales, con buena comunicación, pero hoy no fue la primera vez que me quedaron mal con las fechas de entrega. Ya no contestan el teléfono, los correos, ni el WhatsApp. Quedaron de entregarme a las 5 y estuve más de hora y media esperando (los 15 minutos en los que ya quedaba). Si tienes tiempo de esperar unos 4 días más de la fecha programada de entrega ( y eso presionando varias veces al día) tal vez sea una buena opción. Personalmente no volveré a trabajar con ellos.
Terrible attention. Before they worked very well and were very punctual, with good communication, but today was not the first time that the delivery dates were bad for me. They no longer answer the phone, emails, or WhatsApp. They agreed to deliver me at 5 and I was waiting for more than an hour and a half (the 15 minutes in which there was already). If you have time to wait about 4 days more than the scheduled delivery date (and that by pressing several times a day) it may be a good option. Personally I will not work with them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si valoras tu tiempo y tu dinero, busca otra opción. En múltiples ocasiones he recibido material inconsistente. Rara vez te entregan en la fecha o en el horario que te dieron. Pésima atención al detalle en la realización del trabajo.
If you value your time and money, look for another option. On multiple occasions I have received inconsistent material. You rarely get delivered on the date or at the time you were given. Terrible attention to detail in getting the job done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, pedí unas imprsiones, me dan un horario de llegada y luego me salen con que tardan dos horas, regreso y el material lo imprimieron en un papel que no era y me salen con que regrese en otras dos horas!!!! No son ni para pedir una disculpa, no tienen servicio de entrega y no hacen nada por compensar sus errores.
Terrible attention, I asked for some prints, they give me an arrival time and then they tell me that it takes two hours, I come back and the material was printed on a paper that was not it and they tell me that I return in another two hours!!!! They are not even apologetic, they have no delivery service and they do nothing to make up for their mistakes.
