★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención inicial. La persona que atiende inicialmente al solicitar ayuda muestra nulo conocimiento de procesos y genera desconfianza. Evita sea transferido con una persona mayor capacitada. Su primera imagen denota falta de capacidad y muestra trato impersonal. Cero recomendable!!!
