★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui cliente desde el 2017 y al principio todo bien, pero con el tiempo dejaron de atender mis dudas y aclaraciones, no contestaban correos, ni teléfonos, para mi declaración anual del 2020 no estuvieron al pendiente y tenía que estar atrás de ellos hasta que les cancelé por su pésimo servicio, siguieron presentando mis declaraciones mensuales, incluso presentaron mi declaración anual sin aviso y después de esto empezaron a hacer movimientos sin mi consentimiento, me dieron de baja mi actividad empresarial e incluso me cancelaron la FIEL. No son de confiar, no dan atención al cliente, no son fáciles de localizar y no se les puede confiar información.
I was a client since 2017 and at first everything was fine, but over time they stopped answering my questions and clarifications, they did not answer emails or phones, for my 2020 annual statement they were not aware and I had to be behind them until they I canceled due to their lousy service, they continued to file my monthly statements, they even filed my annual statement without notice and after this they began to make movements without my consent, they canceled my business activity and even canceled my FIEL. They are not trustworthy, they do not provide customer service, they are not easy to locate and they cannot be trusted with information.
