★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi experiencia en Contel y Ferraez fue buena; sin embargo, considero que deben obtener un filtro aún mayor al momento de contratar al personal de gerencia o bien, capacitar a su personal en el manejo de situaciones poco comunes como lo es convivir con personas que viven con ansiedad.
Promover la empatía y la comunicación asertiva puede ser la clave para un mejor desempeño en cada área; además que se pueden evitar bajas que al final, alteran los programas.
My experience at Contel y Ferraez was good; however, I believe that they should obtain an even greater filter when hiring management personnel or, training their personnel in handling unusual situations such as living with people who live with anxiety.
Promoting empathy and assertive communication can be the key to better performance in each area; In addition, you can avoid casualties that in the end, alter the programs.
