★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No respetan horarios. Agende cita a la hora que permite el sistema. Llegue a la hora señalada al verificentro y el personal ya no estaba. Pésimo y no pude cancelar la cita para ir a otro lugar.
They do not respect schedules. Schedule an appointment at the time allowed by the system. I arrived at the verification center at the appointed time and the staff was no longer there. Terrible and I could not cancel the appointment to go to another place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención y actitud en el área de servicio para tu coche, se supone lo revisan y no se dan cuenta durante varios servicios que tu camioneta tiene un problema hasta que lo llevas a otro taller y te muestran las piezas dañadas (Desgaste prolongado en camioneta de solo 3 años, es decir pieza de mala calidad), terrible darte cuenta que "Don Pitirijas" del taller de la colonia sabe mas que sus mecánicos "capacitados" que pusieron en riesgo mi seguridad. Pesima la actitud para la verificación vehicular, parece que vas a pedir que te regalen el servicio. Si vas a comprar auto nuevo, toma en cuenta que esta MARCA tienes PRECIOS ELEVADOS en servicios de mantenimiento. Yo jamas vuelvo a adquirir un vehículo de esta marca.
Terrible attention and attitude in the service area for your car, it is supposed to be checked and they do not realize during several services that your truck has a problem until you take it to another workshop and they show you the damaged parts (Extended wear in only 3 years old, that is, a poor quality piece), terrible to realize that "Don Pitirijas" from the neighborhood workshop knows more than his "trained" mechanics who put my safety at risk. The attitude for vehicular verification is terrible, it seems that you are going to ask them to give you the service. If you are going to buy a new car, take into account that this BRAND has HIGH PRICES in maintenance services. I will never buy a vehicle of this brand again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estar atento con lo q requiere tu auto, de lo contrario los asesores te añaden todos los servicios q ellos quieren y no los q ocupa tu auto, claro argumentando mil y un pretextos; así mismo revisa bien tu vehículo al recibirlo, ya q no son muy cuidadosos que digamos, puedes llevarte una sorpresa llegando a casa...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve una camioneta del año a servicio explicando la falla k tenia me dicen k resetearon el GPS y con los días se IVA a borrar la falla pasaron 15 días y seguía la falla la llevo a k la revisen entro un jueves salió el lunes nadamas para decirme de la falla k había reportado y k no tenían las piezas se van a tardar 30 días hábiles en traerlas no puedo creer k en una agencia en toda la república mexicana no tengan esas piezas las van a traer de Estados Unidos ,aparte se llevaron la camioneta a resguardar tardandose 1 1/2 en entregarmela en serio k pésimo servicio
I took a van of the year to service explaining the fault that it had, they told me that they reset the GPS and with the days they went to erase the fault, 15 days passed and the fault continued, I took it to k to check it, it came in on a Thursday, it came out on Monday, just to tell me about I had reported the fault and they didn't have the parts, it will take 30 business days to bring them, I can't believe that in an agency throughout the Mexican Republic they don't have those parts, they are going to bring them from the United States, apart from that they took the truck to protect taking 1 1/2 to deliver it to me seriously k lousy service
