★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para nada recomendable comprar en este lugar, te vende artículos con defectos vas a hacer válida la garantía que te dan que por cierto es muy poca solo 5 días la cual no hacen válida y sacan argumentos tan tontos para no darte solución al problema, si hubiera opcion de poner una calificación con número yo les pondría -1'000,000, y más por el personal que dice ser la gerente de la sucursal super prepotente.

El interés es muy bajo comparado con su competencia y el trato del personal hacia mi persona es muy bueno, yo creo que como trates a la gente te tratarán. Si llegas impulsivo obtendrás la misma respuesta a donde te pares. Por mi parte el mejor lugar para empeñar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible servicio. La persona que es la encargada de checar los artículos como conectar los cables de las pantallas y consolas y ese tipo de cosas, cero experimentada. De inmediato se ve que no sabe lo que está haciendo por la manera en como desconecta los cables (los jala) y no tiene cuidado al hacerlo. Lo demás esta bien, es solo por esa simple persona que no volveré por que obviamente no quiero que vaya a dañar mis aparatos solo por que no tiene cuidado al revisarlos. Deberían poner personas con mínima experiencia a personas sin nada.
Horrible service. The person who is in charge of checking the articles like connecting the cables of the screens and consoles and that kind of thing, zero experienced. You can immediately see that he does not know what he is doing by the way he disconnects the cables (he pulls them) and he is not careful when doing so.
