Terrible attention from the receptionist / secretary, poorly qualified and / or trained staff, they do not know the products of their brands, they are rude and they lost the sale of my 4 sores because of their horrible service.

DO NOT align and balance your tires! Unless you are observing them, how is my case: they ask you for policies to withdraw to the waiting room, I asked they will show me to verify balance and none was!
