Continental Rent A Car - 77000 Chetumal

Son la peor compañía para rentar coches, no me respetaron la reserva y no hicieron nada por solucionarlo. Me dejaron sin coche todas las vacaciones de Semana Santa. La jefa al parecer tiene explotados a sus empleados, que no se atreven a decirle nada.

Lo bueno: Me respetaron la reservación que hice, la cual es a pura palabra, a pesar de haber sido temporada alta. La atención es cordial y te explican bien las condiciones del contrato. Devuelves el coche con un trámite de no más de 10 min. Lo malo: se nota que no le dan servicio a sus autos, es hasta que sales a carretera que notas los amortiguadores ya con ruido, no están bien alineadas ni balanceadas las llantas.

Exclente servicio local de renta de autos! Sin letras chiquitas y SIN cargos sorpresa. He rentado con ellos en distintas ocasiones y siempre tienen un trato amable, claro y empático.

Ich hatte einen Kleinwagen angemietet vom 23.04. bis 26.04.2022. Bedient wurde ich von Frau April. Das Büro von Continental Rent a Car befindet sich im EG des Hotels Capital Plaza. Die Absprache mit April, dass wir uns am 26.4. im Büro treffen und sie uns -3 Personen mit Gepäck- zum Flughafen fährt hat bestens geklappt. Es gab kein Hick-Hack bei der Abnahme, nicht die geringste Unannehmlichkeit. Gerade eben habe ich die Visa-Abrechnung kontrolliert. Auch da alles in Ordnung. Man muss nur wissen, dass man mit der Kreditkarte die übliche Garantie stellen muß. Bei mir waren es 10.000 Pesos. Die wurden aber nicht belastet. Der Preis war günstig. 800 Pesos pro Tag ist für mich günstig gewesen. Ich war voll auf zufrieden.

Excelente servicio!! La reservacion se hizo a travez de una constante comunicacion instantanea. Al llegar al lugar para tomar el vehiculo, todo estuvo perfecto. Muy rapido, a tiempo, amables y lo mas importante, el auto completamente nuevo. Lo recomiendo plenamente

It was all good the car is in good condition I recommend them but don’t smoke in the car they will charge you 580 pesos other than that the car works very well

Great service and good prices for car rental. They are located inside the capital plaza hotel. The pick up and drop off was quickly and efficiently done. The car was clean and mechanically sound. A very good choice for trying to get to calakmul.

TERRIBLE!! I am going to say our entire experience so if you dont want to read it all the short version is they stole our money and are rude and abussive. I stayed in chetumal for about a week and we decided to rent a car to go to the center of the city wich was great. However when we went to give it back, the manager was incredibly rude and abussive. She told us that she could not take the car back due to a stain that was in the passanger side of the seats, we told her that it was there when she gave us the car and she still would not take it back without charging us an extra800 pesos wichwe had paid 850 for one day! We were so mad but there was nothing we could do about it so instead she told us we had to rent it another day and so we did. The day after that we took it back and the man that was there called the manager and basically lied to her in our face! We were so infuriated and angry that we decided to ask for the manager but she was out so we called later and she picked up saying she was going to take it to a car wash and if the stain came off she was going to give our money back so we thought we should do it and it came off! However the lady told us she wasn’t going to give us our money back so i would never use this service again!
