Enviar dos correos para solicitar una cotización y que en tres días no tengan la deferencia de si quiera de contestar, no refleja una actitud de servicio al cliente.
En el pasado nos hicieron un trabajo muy profesional, pero también tuvimos un tema con la fecha de entrega. Quisimos dar otra oportunidad.
They handle excellent quality in their work, their facilities are super nice and professional, but customer service fails them. Sending two emails to request a quote and that in three days they do not have the deference to even reply, does not reflect an attitude of customer service.
They did a very professional job for us in the past, but we also had an issue with the delivery date. We wanted to give another chance.
