★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I agree with most of the comments. However, if you have another service and switch over to them and need to make changes expect delays and lots of miscommunication on their part. Their installers showed up to replace TelCel with Totalplay and they told us that we need to get electricians involved with the tvs. So we had to. modify our contract to just wifi and landline. This caused the worst miscommunication ever, because their sales and customer service do neither. I went in circle for 3 days trying to get them to modify the contract. Now I am have to go in person and hope they can do the work. If not, we will stay with Tel Cel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total Play has BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF INTERNET PROVIDERS IN SMA. And all of them are real bad already, but TotalPlay, never answers the phone, on WA you can see they read your messages and never reply to them. Once I was able to talk to them they told me to give them ALL my info, which I did, only to never reply to me again! Like THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE!! DO "NOT" GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!
