★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una verdadera vergüenza el servicio que total play otorga a sus clientes! Tenía una cita agendada desde el domingo en turno matutino y nadie se reportó, ni llegó a mi domicilio ningún técnico. El sistema te agendo mi cita para el lunes y para no hacerles el cuento largo, es martes y otra vez no llegaron!
No se con qué derecho se sienten para reagendar citas sin autorización de mi tiempo??? Y lo peor es que no es la primera vez que sucede que me dejan esperando por tanto tiempo… hace 2 meses hice cambio de domicilio y me tuvieron esperando 1 semana entera con sus promesas de que al día siguiente llegarían y NADIE llegaba!
Como recomendación… no contraten a Totalplay, es una vil porquería de servicio sin respeto por el tiempo de sus clientes, que hasta dejamos de trabajar para esperar a sus técnicos valiéndoles madres el sacrificio que hacemos para recibirlos.
A real shame the service that total play gives its customers! I had an appointment scheduled since Sunday morning shift and no one reported, nor did any technician come to my home. The system will schedule my appointment for Monday and to make a long story short, it is Tuesday and again they did not arrive!
I don't know what right you feel to reschedule appointments without authorization of my time ??? And the worst thing is that it is not the first time that it happens that they leave me waiting for so long ... 2 months ago I changed my address and they kept me waiting for a whole week with their promises that the next day they would arrive and NOBODY would arrive!
As a recommendation ... do not hire Totalplay, it is a vile mess of service without respect for the time of its clients, that we even stop working to wait for their technicians, making them worth the sacrifice we make to receive them.
