★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible servicio, me hicieron una cotización super cara a la cual accedí a pagar por que me prometieron un año de servicios gratis. hicieron la instalación usando cables que ya tenia, mandaron técnicos que no sabían nada de los equipos, tanto así que tuvieron que instarlo viendo un tutorial de youtube. pero eso si para cobrar fueron insistentes. llevo un mes llamando para que me instalen una cámara que ese ese día por cuestiones de tiempo no pudieron instalar. siempre me dicen que mandaran a alguien y nunca vienen. Voy a iniciar mi denuncia ante la PROFECO
Terrible service, they made me a super expensive quote to which I agreed to pay because they promised me a year of free services. They made the installation using cables that I already had, they sent technicians who did not know anything about the equipment, so much so that they had to install it by watching a YouTube tutorial. but that if to collect they were insistent. I have been calling for a month to have a camera installed that that day due to time constraints they could not install. they always tell me to send someone and they never come. I am going to start my complaint with PROFECO
