★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente una decepcion total! a este negocio se le pidio un servicio de fumigacion especificamente para plaga de (cucarachas) en un edificio, el cual permanecio cerrado por tres dias posterior a la fumigacion para asegurar la efectividad; sin embargo el primer dia entramos y las cucarachas nunca desaparecieron ni siquiera disminuyeron por lo anterior se establecion comunicacion con el tecnico el cual argumento que era normal que no podia darme garantia de su trabajo a menos que fumigaran por segunda ocasion con un costo adicional, por lo cual no lo recomiendo talves su producto no es eficaz o su tecnica de fumigacion no sea la mejor. Un trabajo que deja mucho que desear! Lo anterior lo expreso porque en anteriores ocasiones he visto la eficacia de otros negocios en la fumigacion y CONTROL EXPRESS ha sido la excepcion.
Really a total disappointment! This business was asked for a fumigation service specifically for plague of (cockroaches) in a building, which remained closed for three days after fumigation to ensure effectiveness; However, the first day we entered and the cockroaches never disappeared or even diminished because of the above, communication was established with the technician who argued that it was normal that he could not give me guarantee of his work unless they sprayed for the second time at an additional cost, for which I do not recommend maybe your product is not effective or your fumigation technique is not the best. A job that leaves much to be desired! I express the above because on previous occasions I have seen the effectiveness of other businesses in fumigation and EXPRESS CONTROL has been the exception.
