Nunca cumplen la garantía, llamé en repetidas ocasiones para hacer válida la garantía después de un trabajo que no cumplió con lo que en teoría debía de ser y primero te contestan y te dan largas, posteriormente bloquean tu número. Ni siquiera estoy seguro de que los productos utilizados sean realmente orgánicos e inofensivos.
Se realizó una denuncia ante la PROFECO por el fraude económico que representa y ante la COFEPRIS por el riesgo sanitario de los productos y aparentemente no son las primeras.

They never fulfill the guarantee, I called repeatedly to make the guarantee valid after a job that did not comply with what in theory it should be and first they answer you and give you long, then they block your number. I am not even sure that the products used are really organic and harmless.
A complaint was made to PROFECO for the financial fraud it represents and to COFEPRIS for the health risk of the products and apparently they are not the first.
