Acabo de comprar con ellos un foco LED GU10 que me costó 170 pesos. EXACTAMENTE el mismo foco me costó en Alcione 79.54 pesos!!! Menos de la mitad. Un dimmer me cotizaron arriba de 700 pesos y en Alcione costó 303 pesos. Si quieres tirar tu dinero: ese es el lugar!! ?

Pésima atención del personal en mostrador. Solicité una devolución en nota de crédito por un material comprado el día de ayer, estaba en perfectas condiciones y dentro de su empaque original. A pesar de acceder al cargo de un 20% por devolución, el trato fue como si se estuviera realizando un favor. Un cliente menos.
