★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Espectacular lugar adjunto a la parroquia. La conservación del convento es magnífica, sobre todo el arte en las paredes que se mantienen en muy buen estado. Visítalo, ni las palabras ni las fotos le hacen honor. Otro espacio más de la “otra conquista” de Mexico.
 Spectacular place attached to the parish. The conservation of the convent is magnificent, especially the art on the walls that are kept in very good condition. Visit it, neither words nor photos do it honor. Another space of the "other conquest" of Mexico.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La placa que aqui se encuentra dice que en 1560 los españoles edificaron la iglesia y los conventos y que en 1608 se consolido como villa hispana con el nombre de San Antonio Calpulalpan a este pueblo, Calpulalpan proviene del náhuatl calpulli y pan que quiere decir lugar de casas grandes.
The plaque found here says that in 1560 the Spanish built the church and convents and that in 1608 this town was consolidated as a Hispanic town with the name of San Antonio Calpulalpan, Calpulalpan comes from the Nahuatl calpulli and pan which means place of big houses.
