Pero en la tienda de la planta baja mi experiencia fue horrible: puros vatos preocupados más en su desmadre que en atenderte, gritando por toda la tienda para poder seguir platicando... Tenían un reguero por todo el lugar y daban más ganas de comprar rápido para irte pronto de ahí... Nunca avisan que no dan bolsa para tus tenis y mejor me dieron una en la tienda de vans para poder llevármelos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que decepción, existe una tienda dentro del centro comercial plaza Satelite de la marca converse, la cual cuando llegas se jacta de ser boutique, esta se ubica en la planta baja casi pegada a la tienda Sears, la ingresar y preguntar por un modelo de tenis, me encuentro con la actitud arrogante y poco gentil de los que atienden ahí que realmente son jóvenes entre 20 y 25 años aproximadamente y que no tienen absolutamente ningún tacto ni capacidad para atender a los clientes, son pedantes, groseros y es una lástima porque dan una mala imagen a la marca, espero los capaciten y les hagan entender que el cliente siempre es primero, cabe mencionar que en el piso de arriba hay otra tienda de la misma marca y que al igual atienden jóvenes y el trato fue totalmente distinto un reconocimiento para los chicos que atienden la tienda del piso de arriba y para los que seudo atienden la seudo boutique que los eduquen, capaciten y les corrijan su actitud nefasta y poco respetuosa hacia los clientes.
