a	aby reyes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo lugar, me dieron 12 días de espera a que mi auto estuviera listo y gran farsa ya lleva mas de 1 mes en reparación, me han citado 2 veces confirmando que realmente estaría lista y puras mentiras siempre le falta algún detalle, en la primera visita me hicieron esperar por horas hasta que baje a ver y preguntar por la camioneta y resulta que ni siquiera tenían la pieza faltante, cuanto tiempo me iban a hacer perder?, cero recomendable. Lleve mi auto por parte del seguro en Octubre 2021 para que cambiarán las puertas del lado del conductor, cambiaron las puertas y dejaron los empaques del siniestro pusieron un espejo que no era el correcto y además me rompieron el espejo del copiloto y al día de hoy no se han hecho responsables de ese espejo y siguen dando largas para reparar el espejo que pusieron mal. Lleve mi vehículo por un siniestro en el 2017 pues le pegaron a la puerta del pasajero y se tuvo que hacer trabajos en dicha pieza. Estuvo el carro casi 3 meses en el taller, siempre argumentaron que necesitaban pedir una puerta nueva y por eso tardó tanto tiempo. Se las creímos y lo aceptamos, para cuando nos entregaron el carro estábamos muy satisfechos. Tres años después sale la realidad, nunca reemplazaron la puerta, la rellenaron de masilla, y de muy mala calidad, para pintar y cobrar la pieza al seguro como si hubieran pedido una puerta a Mazda. Dejo como evidencia cómo la masilla se está quebrando, evidencia de que no usaron pieza nueva sino rellenaron la puerta. Eviten este lugar a toda costa, es de ka peor atención, seguimiento, y calidad de trabajo que he visto en la industria. Be very careful with the work you give here. I leave as evidence how the putty is breaking, evidence that they did not use a new part but rather filled the door. Avoid this place at all costs, it has the worst attention, follow-up, and quality of work that I have seen in the industry.
