★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Procesos de ingreso y salidas de acordé a las normativas, en cuanto al proceso de anticovid, hay un túnel sanitizante obsoleto casi inservible que desprende casi nada de líquido por el aspersor lo cual lo convierte en un foco rojo ya que todos ingresan a ese espacio pero no cumple la función, por otra parte el encargado de Vigilancia Sr Abel no le da seguimiento al personal que ingresa para que cumplan todos los protocolos, dentro de caseta de vigilancia no usan cubrebocas , es algo que debería regular la Empresa Servitalentos y el ING responsable de la Seguridad e Higiene de la empresa para garantizar la seguridad de empleados, visitas y proveedores.
Aún la muerte de un obrero por caída el día 30/10/21 debería ser una muestra de la deficiencia de la empresa.

Aplican medidas sanitarias al entrar.
La fachada esta práctica y el acceso a las instalaciones bien y con mantenimiento.
La logística de reclutamiento, debe mejorar. Te tienen mucho tiempo esperando, y las condiciones de espera no son confortables. Las entrevistas, no tienen orden. Se sugiere colocar una manta o aviso del tipo de vacantes, el sueldo ofrecido y los requisitos.
