★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice space for coworking. Super fast internet at 200+Mbps both download and upload. It gets pretty hot during the day since it has no fans or AC, gets loud at times because of traffic outside but other than that, it’s pretty great! There’s a restaurant or two in the same building and they got some pretty tasty food!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet is over 150 mbps and the staff is very accommodating. They have a Skype room for private meetings, which is a great detail. Be aware that sounds from the outside space come in due to there not being a full wall. All in all a great place for video meetings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing coworking or remote work space for digital nomads like myself or really anyone needing fast (and I mean FAST 150+mbps) WiFi, a place to stretch out and social distance work, and lots of outlets which makes me happy. The place is wicked cool with lots of old memorabilia and the staff is awesome. On a nice day it’s great to work in with great natural light and relatively quiet noise wise for a place in the city. I did take one of their cooking classes as well which was phenomenal...the chef Lalo is incredible and helped us whip up an epic traditional mole dish. He took us to the market for fresh ingredients and spent the afternoon not only teaching us how to cook it, but the history and importance of the food. Such a great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional. This place says it opens at 9am as a coworking space. At 9:25am there were still a bunch of us (some of whom had walked 20 minutes to get here) waiting outside. Door was closed, no sign of activity inside. I doubt any of us will be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an eclectic, hip and carefree space this is! Nice Oaxasian rest and bar downstairs (I had the Pad Thai and was bomb!!!) Great menu of innovative cocktails. Upstairs during the day is the best co-working space in Centro -at night during the weekends there is a DJ and a great mix of people. Be prepared to dance, surely someone will pull you by the hand. Not kidding!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall I love it here, but I'll amend this review when I leave Oaxaca. Today when I arrived for work I saw that they gave away my booked "skype" room because they forgot to write someones else's slot on the booking sheet when they called in 2 days prior. I walked 1.5 km to get there and not be able to work. A call would have been the least they could have done. The staff is usually on it with everything, so I'm sure this is an isolated incident.
EDIT: I spoke to the owner and he was very courteous. The only small issue I had is sorted.

Overall, I really enjoyed working out of Convivio. I considered other coworking spaces but ultimately liked the relaxed feel of Convivio more. Really great wifi! Always consistent. Water, coffee, tea, & mezcal provided. Everyone was always super friendly and helpful! The space can get a bit noisy & packed, which isn’t ideal if you have to take meetings or need absolute quiet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Favorite place in Oaxaca! Co-working, veggie food and more, and vegan burritos during the day, and at night they have great events a great bar and great tacos with proper Irish chips (French fries) at the bar! Fun place to meet expats.
