★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vivo en Parques Polanco y este lugar es un chiste. 8 minutos para estar atendido porque la vendedora se había ido al banco a las 2.30 pm. De que sirve tener un kiosco abierto si no hay nadie para vender cuando hay mucho tráfico en el centro comercial ? Luego pregunté una lista de precios y me dijo que no había. Pregunté si había una página internet para ver los precios y me dijo que no pero veo que sí existe una página.
Hay negocios que tronan y luego los dueños no entienden porque jaja
Pésimo liderazgo en esta empresa y muy mala experiencia para fidelizar a un cliente la verdad.
Les invito a ir a su local porque parece que no lo hicieron desde hace un tiempo. Confirmo que antes había un menú pero lo quitaron hace más de 3 semanas y cuando pregunté a la vendedora por la lista de precios me contestó que la gerencia estaba cambiando el menú/los precios y no tenía la información. Falta de organización y capacitación en su empresa.
I live in Parques Polanco and this place is a joke. 8 minutes to be attended because the saleswoman had gone to the bank at 2.30 pm.
