★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jamas compren aqui son unos rateros, me robaron $500 pesos en mercancía y eso que la misma dueña estaba enterada y no contestaban mis llamadas o correos. De verdad no había conocido lugar tan mas lacra, pero esto es por quienes dirigen la empresa son unos rateros. Después de intentar recuperar mis $500 pesos nunca obtuve una solución. Fue error de ellos no me enviaron la mercancía, lo aceptaron y después se hicieron sordos, jamas respondieron por la mercancía que no me enviaron. Mercedes regrésame mi dinero.
They never buy here they are thieves, they stole $ 500 pesos in merchandise and that the owner herself was aware and they did not answer my calls or emails. I really had not known a place more lacra, but this is because those who run the company are thieves. After trying to recover my $ 500 pesos I never got a solution. It was their mistake they did not send the merchandise to me, they accepted it and later became deaf, they never responded for the merchandise that they did not send me. Mercedes give me back my money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente en la sucursal satélite , estuve buscando unas refacciones para una licuadora y fuimos ala sucursal colon y no las tenían pero nos dijeron que las tenían en sucursal satélite. Fuimos rápido llegamos alas 6:24pm y ya estaban cerrando después le explicamos al caballero que solo ocupábamos unas refacciones y la cajera blanca nos atendió súper mal nos dijo que no tenían las refacciones y le comentamos que ya habían checado y que si estaban en sucursal satélite . Pésimo servicio al cliente de la cajera, al final las fue a buscar y si las tenían. Y aparte según cierran alas 6:30pm y ya no nos querían atender cuando llegamos alas 6:24pm.
Terrible customer service at the satellite branch, I was looking for some spare parts for a blender and we went to the colon branch and they didn't have them but they told us they had them at the satellite branch. We went quickly, we arrived at 6:24 pm and they were already closing, then we explained to the gentleman that we only occupied some spare parts and the white cashier attended us super badly, she told us that they did not have the spare parts and we told him that they had already checked and that if they were in a satellite branch . Terrible customer service from the cashier, in the end she went to look for them and if they had them. And apart as they close at 6:30 pm and they no longer wanted to attend us when we arrived at 6:24 pm.
