 The worst. We should have left at 8 o'clock but as there were no people, the taxi delayed the trip for 2 hours. very bad. If you know of another service let us know

They take longer to leave the terminal and pass than they do to get from Campeche to Edzna. Although the drivers are super friendly. And cheap

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde acá sale el transporte para Edzná y otros pueblos cercanos. Es económico, aunque para uno como turista es un poco difícil ubicar el lugar (afortunadamente la gente fue muy amable para orientarnos)
From here the transport leaves for Edzná and other nearby towns. It is inexpensive, although for one as a tourist it is a bit difficult to locate the place (fortunately the people were very kind to guide us)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the place to go to Edzna Ruins by Collectivo. They drop you at the parking lot right in front of the entrance to Edzna. The driver told us, that the collectivo back to Campeche would depart also from this place every hour. Bus the guides there told us, sometimes when the collectivo to Campeche is full, they don't even show up. So be prepared to eventually wait for a long time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is where you take the colectivo to the Edzná archeological site. We did so today, and the trip went very smoothly. The vans leave every hour on the hour (not sure what time they start and stop, though). Ours left just a few minutes after 10am, and took about an hour. 45 pesos for a ticket. Paired with the 85 peso entrance fee at Edzná, this is the cheapest big site we've visited by far.
Ask your driver for the time of the colectivo back, as they do not seem to run as frequently. The colectivo back was some 15 min late, but there was shade to wait in and they drove up to the gate before the parking, we didn't need to wait at the big road. The driver was friendly and patient with our limited Spanish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very easy transport to Edzna. Combi left at 8 am, got there a little before 9. Then waited 20 minutes at the road junction to get back to Campeche. 45 pesos each way?
