Muy bonito lugar, el recorrido es impresionante, se pueden observar cocodrilos en su hábitat natural, infinidad de aves.

Una experiencia que quedará tatuada en tus recuerdos. Será una de las experiencias más inolvidables de tu vida. Es un "must to do"

Un muy bonito lugar para visitar, su recorrido en lancha es muy agradable, termina en su cocodrilario es un poco chico pero bastante bien, también cuenta con una línea para realizar tirolesa, les recomiendo quedarse un tiempo en su restaurante y nadar en el manantial es muy reconfortante y no es caro.

Ya van dos veces que voy a la tovara y han sido muy buenas experiencias, muy bonito todo y mucha naturaleza..

WOW, what a great experience! Very easy to access via public transportation from Puerto Vallarta/Sayulita/San Pancho. We took about a 2 hour bus ride from San Pancho which was beautiful! The bus driver dropped us off at the entrance to the boat launch. They have two different tours, the only difference being that one goes to a "Crocodile Sanctuary" (which seemed to be more of a zoo type establishment with crocs, coati, leopards and some other local wildlife) before heading on to the springs (200 pesos/person) and the other (150 pesos/person). We saw plenty of crocodile on the boat ride up in natural habitat and didn't feel like it would be necessary to go to the sanctuary if we did it again. There were just two of us and we opted to wait for the boat to fill (total there ended up being 8 on the boat), but you also have the option of going immediately for 800 pesos total. Eduardo, our guide (whom we absolutely loved!), lead us up the river, through mangrove tunnels, stopping to point out crocodiles, turtles, birds, and explaining the geography and history of the area. I speak Spanish and was able to translate for the whole boat. The guides don't speak much English so it is beneficial to have someone with some knowledge of the language as they are wealths of incredible information, but also a perfectly wonderful site seeing expedition if not. The boat ride stopped first at the sanctuary for about 30 minutes before continuing on to the springs. The springs are not hot springs, but fresh water springs which are refreshing in the warm climate. They are crystal clear and full of catfish! There are some mosquito type insects (Noseeums) and we brought insect repellent but didn't end up using it and didn't have a problem with them. This trip is a great value, WELL WORTH THE MONEY and hands down our favorite part of our trip to Nayarit!
