They are too complicated places if you don't have a card you can't enter / in my country even the coolest places in Mexico are all considered the same. This makes the distinction when there is involuntary discrimination by people who do not know how to decide

They are always indiscriminating people with disability credentials as much as ticket sellers at the box office as operators sorry it is not in Ecatepec it is the bus terminal in the central

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio la verdad, no tienen un orden de abordaje correcto a veces nos piden que nos formemos y después dejan pasar a los que compraron el boleto antes y aunque llegues antes y comprés tu boleto dejan subir a cómo van formados o a como ellos quieren... La verdad solo tomo el servicio porque no hay más opciones pero es una falta de respeto que tenga seguridad y no puedan poner orden en este aspecto...que incompetencia
Terrible service the truth, they do not have a correct boarding order sometimes they ask us to line up and then they let those who bought the ticket before pass and even if you arrive before and buy your ticket they let you board as they are lined up or as they want.. The truth is that I only take the service because there are no other options, but it is disrespectful that they have security and they cannot put order in this aspect...what incompetence
