Las dos empleadas parecen disfrutar de la desgracia ajena, no me ayudaron para nada ni lo intentaron, cero empatía. Salí llorando del lugar. Un desastre la atención del personal allí presente. Les comenté lo que me dijeron por teléfono hace meses y como ellas me querían dar otra opción me mandaron a resolverlo con el call Center con el cual no se puede hablar. Me quisieron cobrar un ajuste de tarifa más de lo que sale un pasaje nuevo. Pésimo servicio. I traveled to Mexico City because communicating by phone is IMPOSSIBLE and they treated me in the worst way. The two employees seem to enjoy the misfortune of others, they did not help me at all nor did they try, zero empathy. I left the place crying. A disaster the attention of the staff present there. I told them what they told me on the phone months ago and since they wanted to give me another option, they sent me to solve it with the call center with which you can't talk. They wanted to charge me a fare adjustment more than what a new ticket comes out. Terrible service.

A pesar de que tú banco sea en dólares y que la asesora te lo ofrezca NO SE PUEDE. Las chicas que atienden en las oficinas de Reforma, totalmente estúpidas para contestar preguntas y comprender que el error no es del CLIENTE sino de la AEROLÍNEA ? For foreign tourists: no matter how much the call center tells them they can pay in dollars, YOU CAN'T. Even though your bank is in dollars and the advisor offers it to you, YOU CANNOT. The girls who work at the Reforma offices, totally stupid to answer questions and understand that the mistake is not the CLIENT's but the AIRLINE's ?

Évitez cette affreuse compagnie. Pour changer de billet, bah payez le prix du billet..... Pfffff. Ou alors un remboursement du coup, même une petite partie ? Non, ce serait trop dur pour elles de vous aider. Above all, do not book with this company. The girls behind the counter won't help you despite you having huge problems. Avoid this dreadful company. To change tickets, pay the price of the ticket..... Pfffff. Or a refund immediately, even a small part? No, it would be too hard for them to help you.

The only horrible thing is when you arrived to your destination there’s no organization to get off the airplane everyone is getting off and pulling out their luggage at the same time. (They’re just standing )
