M	Martha Castroman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención de Angeles desde el primer contacto fue rápida y amable, se ofrecieron a venir a hacer un "levantamiento" para poder darme una cotización precisa sin que tuviera que esperar yo muchos días, finalmente cuando yo estuve lista para realizar el proyecto siempre estuvieron disponibles y vinieron en la fecha que yo necesitaba, el tipo de pasto (que fue lo que adquirí) es el más bonito que encontré de entre varios proveedores en Cancun, las 2 razones por las que no pongo 5 estrellas son: 1) el día que acudí a liquidar el trabajo, directamente a sus oficinas para hacer el pago con tarjeta de crédito tuvieron problemas con su terminal punto de venta (yo se que no es culpa de ellos) y no se pudo realizar el cobro, se ofrecieron a llamar a su banco para tratar de solucionarlo, pero yo tenía prisa y tuve que pagar en efectivo para ya no perder mas tiempo, esta situación si cambio mis planes y afecto mi agenda del día considerablemente, porque hubiera podido hacer el pago en efectivo directamente a Angeles (quien estaba al pendiente de la instalación en mi casa, en lugar de desplazarme hasta sus oficinas) 2) hubieron un par de detalles que después de que "dejaron mi casa" al yo revisar el trabajo realizado, encontré y ellos muy amablemente regresaron inmediatamente a corregirlos, pero para "mi gusto" las cosas deben de hacerse bien a la primera. De todas maneras, los recomiendo ampliamente, además su variedad de follaje para jardines verticales esta muy bonito y se ve de buena calidad. Angeles' attention from the first contact was quick and friendly, they offered to come and do a "survey" to be able to give me an accurate quote without having to wait for many days, finally when I was ready to carry out the project they were always available and they came on the date that I needed, the type of grass (which was what I acquired) is the most beautiful that I found among several providers in Cancun, the 2 reasons why I do not put 5 stars are: 1) the day I went to settle the job, directly to their offices to make the payment by credit card they had problems with their point of sale terminal (I know it is not their fault) and the collection could not be made, they They offered to call their bank to try to solve it, but I was in a hurry and I had to pay in cash so that I no longer lost any more time, this situation if I changed my plans and affected my schedule for the day considerably, because I could have made the payment in cash directly to Angeles (who was pending the installation in my house, instead of going to his offices) 2) there were a couple of details that after they "left my house" when I reviewed the work done, I found them and they very kindly immediately returned to correct them, but for "my taste" things should be done right the first time. Anyway, I highly recommend them, also their variety of foliage for vertical gardens is very beautiful and looks good quality.
