★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mande a hacer con ellos un trabajo de 20 agendas, en el cual primero me realizaron una muestra que quedó bien, cuando realice mi anticipo para que me realizaran mis 20 agendas y quedamos de vernos para que me las entregaran me entregaron todo mal, las portadas estaban borrosas, las perforaciones estaban mal y tenía una calidad muy mala. No acepte el trabajo ya que quede con la chica que me las iba a entregar, que me podían dar una solución de reembolso o de arreglarme mi trabajo. Al otro día la chica me dijo que como yo me había negado a aceptarlas y me había dicho que no había reembolsos (cosa que no hizo) iban a desechar el material, al ir a la imprenta a darle solución al problema fueron groseros y se lavaron las manos diciéndome “te dijimos que no habían reembolsos y tú no quisiste aceptarlas por lo que las desechamos” NO TRABAJEN CON ELLOS, no tienen calidad humana.

The next day the girl told me that since I had refused to accept them and had told me that there were no refunds (which she did not do) they were going to discard the material, when they went to the printing company to solve the problem they were rude and washed their hands telling me "we told you that there were no refunds and you did not want to accept them so we discarded them" DO NOT WORK WITH THEM, they do not have human quality.
