★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO.. mejor vayan a otro lugar.. es la segunda vez que voy y como pueden ver en otros comentarios la sra y el sr te atienden de malas como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor.. son groseros y prepotentes.. no volveré a ese sitio..además el internet es lentísimo, equipo obsoleto y te maltratan..hay varios internet cercanos y con excelente servicio, ejemplo en Hamburgo casi esquina con av Chapultepec o en la glorieta de los insurgentes saliendo hacia la calle Jalapa.. muy bien por quien puso la queja en profeco, estoy pensando hacer lo mismo
AWFUL... better go somewhere else... it's the second time I've been there and as you can see in other comments, the mrs and mr treat you badly as if they were doing you a favor... they're rude and arrogant... I won't go back that site...also the internet is very slow, obsolete equipment and they mistreat you...there are several internet nearby and with excellent service, for example in Hamburgo almost on the corner with av Chapultepec or at the insurgentes roundabout heading towards Jalapa street...very good for who made the complaint in profeco, I'm thinking of doing the same

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es muy buena, los precios y la calidad también. Lo recomiendo. Lo único incomodo fué que unos niños gritaban mucho y no podíamos trabajar en paz y al final nos estuvieron pidiendo dinero para comprar dulces.
