 The store is small but it is very well stocked, the staff is friendly and the place is clean. It does not have a clothing or shoe department.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención al cliente fue increíble, todos muy atentos y amables en todo momento; el detalle fue que no sabía el personal hablar inglés (y quien necesitaba hacer la compra solamente hablaba inglés), lo que alentó muchísimo los procesos de selección y pago del producto adquirido.
The customer service was amazing, all very attentive and friendly at all times; The detail was that the staff did not know how to speak English (and who needed to make the purchase spoke only English), which greatly encouraged the selection and payment processes of the product purchased.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia fui a reclamar un giro y firme, me fracture el brazo no quedo la firma igual, con el brazo fracturado el gerente y la sra de la caja me dijeron que tenía que ser igual, les enseñé todas mis identificaciones, fuera de eso cancelaron la transferencia y me tocó esperar 40 min a que me pagaran mi envió ¹
Bad experience I went to demand a turn and firm, I fractured my arm, the signature did not remain the same, with the broken arm the manager and the lady at the box told me it had to be the same, I showed them all my identifications, outside of that they canceled the transfer and I had to wait 40 min for my shipment to be paid ¹

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deberian de respetar el horario!!! Cierran más de 15 min antes de tiempo..... deberian poner de 11 a 8:30 para que las personas sepan que despues de esa hora no te dejaran entrar y el personal es un poco tardado para atenderte.
They should respect the schedule!!! They close more than 15 minutes before time... they should say from 11 to 8:30 so that people know that after that time they won't let you in and the staff is a bit slow to serve you.
